The City of Bath World Heritage Site Steering Group became the City of Bath World Heritage Site Advisory Board in January 2018. The Advisory Board oversees the production and implementation of the City of Bath World Heritage Site Management Plan. It usually meets three times a year to assess, progress and decide on priorities for action. Priorities are based on the actions within the Management Plan, on current events and on issues facing the World Heritage Site. The Board is chaired by an independent chairperson, Professor Barry Gilbertson.
